Made this with powdered whole milk & powdered white cheddar although not the full cup of cheese called for & it was very tasty. Would not hesitate to make again as it's a handy quick meal to put together when camping with very little clean up. Like the fact there's no preservatives to worry about too. ![]() ![]() As far as the critics on here who have not tried the recipe yet found the need to be downright snarky in your reviews. It leaves one to assume you folks don't camp, hike, or partake in any outdoor activities that might take you away from your tablet/computers or bother to have an earthquake/natural disaster kit at the ready which your govt./city/county etc., recommends. There were so many negatives reviews from people who hadn't tried this recipe that I had to try it, especially since I recently purchased some of the instant cheese powder. This was very fast and easy and quite good. As good as the real thing? No, probably not. Better than a box version? I don't know since I've never made it. Quicken 2017 for mac reviews.
