By watermarking your drawings you protect them from illegal use. To place a watermark on your Autodesk AutoCAD DWG files please follow the instruction: • Open the drawing and click Plot• Select Universal Document Converter from the list of plotters and click Properties• Select Custom Properties on the Device and Document Settings tab and click Custom Properties button in the Access Custom Dialog area • On the Universal Document Converter settings panel go to the Watermark area. Select the type of the watermark you wish to use. AutoCAD is a popular Windows program. Many consumers and Mac users don't use drawing programs to read DWG files. Utility programs such as eDrawings Viewer allow consumers to review DWG files, and if a virtual PDF printer is installed on the computer, a PDF can be generated for easier access, such as sharing the redecorating or construction plans.
